Avaya Aura provides flexible outbound calling options, including a preview dialer configuration. Outbound programs can be as few as 1 transaction to more than 20,000 and customer data is delivered to the agent via system import, download or numerous other means.

The agent campaign script designer lets you customize campaigns to collect customer data, ask questions and/or survey opinions. This data can then be exported back to your customer database for analysis and execution of future marketing efforts.
