The Client Services team is the single 'point of contact' keeping our clients up-to-date on all center activity and making improvement recommendations. These experienced contact center leaders are the voice of the customer and constantly monitor your programs to ensure your goals are met. Additionally, Client Services works closely with IT, trainers, supervisors and agents, to continuously drive process, build the agent knowledge base, monitor productivity and build a strong customer first and sales oriented culture.
