Description
This position performs outbound calls to identified, potential prospects. Making prospects aware of an opportunity available for their business. Working closely with those prospects informing them of this business opportunity and presenting our company solution to gain this opportunity. Working in a call center environment making outbound calls to these listed businesses utilizing scripted presentations. May require additional follow up contact with the business on this opportunity.

ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:
• Make outgoing calls to potential business prospects
• Serve as Palm Coast Data’s professional representative when dealing with customer communications: via phone, email, etc.
• Possess strong knowledge of the information and services.
• Document each interaction as per company and departmental policies and procedures. Documenting all information in our company Customer Management System.
• Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner, if necessary.
• Apply a positive customer service attitude in interactions with all prospects.
• Be able to establish a positive rapport.
• Be patient and understanding in all prospect interactions.
• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers and prospects.
• Maintain regular attendance and to arrive to work on time.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements - Education
High school diploma or GED required. Previous customer service/sales experience is helpful.

• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• The employee may occasionally lift and/or carry loads of up to 10 lbs.
• The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
• Employees may work Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule to fit their lifestyle, once approved by management,
