Palm Coast Data Enhances Suite of E-marketing Capabilities and Digital Reporting Solutions

PALM COAST, Fla. (June 4, 2013) -- Palm Coast Data (PCD) has launched two new products – the PCD Communications Suite and eNewsstand Consolidated Reporting (eCR) –  that help publishers further leverage technology to grow their revenue.

The PCD Communications Suite helps publishers get the most out of e-marketing strategies. While the Suite will encompass a growing set of e-marketing capabilities that penetrate online and digital channels, its first solution is a robust email platform that:

  • Enables faster and higher deliverability of email messages;
  • Captures strategic and activity-level analytics;
  • Utilizes one customer file that allows different messages to be delivered to specific audience segments;
  • Gives flexible sending options – manual, automated or triggered;
  • And more.

Additional features and functionality – such as SMS/texting and social media management – will be added in the future.

The new eCR solution consolidates sales data from multiple digital newsstands’ – including Apple, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Zinio and Google Play – and places it into a PCD SmartLinkTM database, which many leading publishers already utilize for predefined and ad-hoc reporting. The solution, which captures both digital subscriptions and single-copy sales, gives publishers:

  • The ability to see all purchases across digital newsstands in one place;
  • A comprehensive picture of digital and print sales performance (for PCD’s print-fulfillment clients);
  • An affordable digital reporting solution for all publishers – from single- to multi-title publishers; and
  • A single solution for all publishers – regardless of their existing print-fulfillment partner.

“Publishers are looking to distribute marketing messages, editorial, advertising and other content through a variety of devices, platforms and apps,” says Rory Burke, Executive Vice President and COO of Palm Coast Data. These products fill gaps that exist for publishers who increasingly connect with their customers through a variety of channels. Each brings greater value to the marketing mix – and deeper insight into their customers and business performance.”
