PALM COAST, Fla. (July 23, 2014) – Palm Coast Data employees contributed 254 pairs of shoes to the Flagler Humane Society (FHS) as part of FHS’ “Shoes for Souls” campaign.
The donation helps FHS raise money to support its mission of taking in and caring for lost and homeless animals. FHS sells the shoes to a Tennessee-based nonprofit, which sends them to ultra-small businesses in developing countries around the world.
“Our employees take pride in contributing to community-centered efforts,” says Rory Burke, President and Chief Executive Officer of Palm Coast Data. “The ‘Shoes for Souls’ initiative is a great program whose benefits are seen locally and globally. We are proud to help the Flagler Humane Society continue making great strides in our community.”
