Palm Coast Data Contact Center Upgrade Gives Customers More Multimedia Choices

PALM COAST, Fla. (Feb. 17, 2014) – Palm Coast Data has completed upgrades to its Contact Center that expand its capabilities and provide its clients with more choices in how they service their customers.

The implemenation of Avaya Aura® Contact Center 6.4 enables customers to connect with the Contact Center through more multimedia platforms, including click-to-call, SMS, and scheduled call-back. Customers can still interact with Palm Coast Data's agents through traditional telephone, email, and Live Web Chat.
