Palm Coast Data Awarded Contract to Take 435 Magazine Digital

PALM COAST, Fla. (Jan. 23, 2014) – Palm Coast Data has been awarded the full-service subscription fulfillment contract for 435 magazine. The Kansas City-based monthly magazine circulates 30,000 copies with an average monthly readership of 135,000.

As part of the agreement, Palm Coast Data will support 435’s development of a new digital offering through magMaker – a digital publishing platform by F2F 6Sixty Digital Inc. that is pre-integrated with PCD’s industry leading Digital Entitlements System (DES).

With magMaker, 435 will be able to rapidly deploy content; easily implement multimedia enhancements; quickly import and load digital issues; and quickly release branded apps that connect with its readers who utilize Apple, Android, Google, Amazon and other devices. As the full-service fulfillment provider, PCD will also provide digital entitlements, transaction processing, customer service, mailing services, business intelligence and more.

Whether readers are looking for Kansas City’s best doctors or an in-depth glance at their favorite neighborhood bakeries, 435 magazine consistently provides excellent coverage that shares the city’s best kept secrets through award-winning photography and journalism.

“We pride ourselves on being the local authority on all that is great about our Midwestern metropolitan area by delivering a national-looking publication with the city’s greatest local coverage,” says Kathy Boos, publisher and editor of 435. “We look forward to working with Palm Coast Data to support the delivery of seamless services to our print customers and to take us to the next level digitally and online.”

“Palm Coast Data is a trusted, long-term partner for the country’s top city magazines because we have a strong understanding of their unique business models,” says Rory Burke, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Palm Coast Data. “Our digital, online and traditional capabilities will support 435’s diverse readership.
