Palm Coast Data utilizes a proprietary customer management system (CMS). The CMS features a complete series of easily tailored applications.

Together, Palm Coast Data and our clients customize scripts to enable agents to communicate in your voice to sell products, verify inventory, resolve billing questions, update addresses and payment information and service other inquiries.

The CMS integrates with all leading Internet technologies and client systems to provide agents the ability to assist the customer and eliminate the need to buy dozens of new licenses for agents. The CMS includes end-to-end transaction reporting, transactional dispositioning, and computer/telephone integration (CTI). The CTI integration provides appropriate screen pops to the agent desktop directing the agent to the correct screens based on inbound transaction data.

The versatility of CMS allows us to conduct outbound market research, lead generation and welcome call programs from this platform.
