Burke has served in various operational, client services, sales and executive roles within the subscription and product fulfillment businesses of CDS-Global, Neodata Services, Kable Fulfillment Services, and Palm Coast Data.

Brian Martin leads research and development for PCD’s fulfillment systems software and manages list rental and database marketing operations. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience throughout PCD departments, Mr. Martin unites complex systems for both basic and unique marketing initiatives.
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Gary Blumenfeld is responsible for new business acquisition in magazine, membership, association and product fulfillment for Palm Coast Data. With over 15 years’ experience in Client Services at PCD and prior circulation marketing experience, Mr. Blumenfeld utilizes his vast operations knowledge to create appropriate synergy between our prospective clients’ needs and PCD service solutions.
Vice President, Network and Telecommunications
Jim Bradley oversees all of PCD's telecommunications, including call center operations for PCD and FulCircle Media. With nearly 30 years of experience, he is at the forefront of both proven and new technologies. He has been with PCD since 2000 and helped oversee PCD's integration of FulCircle in 2013. Mr. Bradley frequently speaks at telecommunications conferences across the country.
Vice President, Client Services
For more than 20 years, Keith Macdonald has served in numerous capacities at Palm Coast Data, including Customer Service, Client Services, Computer Systems, Operations and Lettershop. In his current role, Keith is responsible for all day-to-day activities within PCD’s Client Services department.

Geoff Barlow serves as Vice President, Sales and Contact Center Services. Mr. Barlow has more than 20 years experience in the contact center industry specializing in the financial services, health care, pharmaceutical and retail markets. During this time, he held roles with increasing levels of responsibility in the contact center services arena.
