PALM COAST, Fla. (May 22, 2012) -- Palm Coast Data (PCD) has been awarded the full-service subscription fulfillment contract for SagaCity Media Inc., which publishes two of the nation’s top 10 best-selling city magazines – Seattle Met and Portland Monthly.
