Palm Coast Data has an open career opportunity for a Human Resources Manager in Palm Coast, FL. The Human Resources Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources function.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department including: recruitment, benefits, training, employee relations and payroll. - Develops, recommends and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. - Resolves high-level employee relations issues and provides direction to Management in Employee Relation matters. - Counsels with managers, supervisors, and employees on various performance issues. - Performs benefits management to include claims supervision, financial reporting and annual renewal of policies. - Manage annual benefit plans and payroll audits. - Maintains employment records, reports and logs to conform to regulations. - Oversee recruitment efforts for all exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers. - Maintains organizational charts and job descriptions. - Oversees payroll processing and reporting. - Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to identify continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. - Implements and annually administers the merit pool (salary budget) process. - Monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. - Monitor risk management and safety - Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws

QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum of five (5) years of professional HR experience. - Bachelor’s degree and/or HR certification preferred. - Comfortable engaging with all levels of internal and external associates. - Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
